Arkommendus

After leaving its Unown colony, Communown spends its time on top of trees, carving out ocarinas that resemble the Azure Flute. Once a certain ocarina resonates with Communown, it plays a song on it, causing it to evolve into Arkommendus. It spends its time on top of trees, its cape flowing in the wind, even when there's no wind, and the holes on its cape cause a song to be played. Researchers speculated that this song may be the song played by the Azure Flute, but attempts to recreate it were stopped when Arkommendus started following individuals that came too close. This turned it into a Pokémon of bad omen. When an Arkommendus follows you, the song will come too, and your judgement will be certain.

A particular folk tale depicts the origins of this Pokémon. A Communown, bullied away from its colony, left to search for its own meaning. By the time it had evolved, it grew tired and lonely, as everyone around it chose to run away. In a fit of desperation, it flew towards the ocean, which it knew it couldn't glide over for long periods. As it was about to fall, a Greatoxen flew down to catch it and transported it to safety.

"I did not deserve your rescue," whimpered the Arkommendus.

"You do just as much as any other Pokémon I've saved. I know your species, and as Athleta Arcei I know your importance. Love is the greatest strength one can have."

And since then, Arkommendus served by the side of Greatoxen, trusting its own judgement just as much as Arceus's.
