Ayanochrome

Upon evolving, Ayanochrome's hands have 4 strings for each fingertip, all poisonous. It views other Pokémon as tools, meanwhile it feigns mediocrity… without knowing it actually is just mediocre. It sets up intricate displays of what people call "gloving" by moving its hands with the strings around. It believes that by doing this, Pokémon will grow to trust it, and then Ayanochrome can manipulate them. Ayanochrome seeks out and interacts with Kegvultzur, believing that it is easily manipulated and influenced, unaware that Kegvultzur's kindness makes it help Ayanochrome. Not to say, Kegvultzur finds Ayanochrome entertaining to some extent.
