Cresnewdan

The final evolution of its family, Cresnewdan shows the same behaviour as its pre-evolution. But one interesting aspect is that while carnivorous, it consumes ice too. Upon further investigation with a team of researchers disguised as Danewt, we discovered that it's an evolutionary adaptation that makes Cresnewdan instinctively consume ice to lower its body temperature and in turn lower the temperature of the water. This seems to only apply for the final evolution because it no longer needs the space the ice consumes for nutrients. Top tier ice sellers use Cresnewdan ice, because in comparison to normal ice which is -18°C, Cresnewdan's ice is -25°C. And it comes from a Pokémon with a purely carnivorous diet. It rarely ever curls or coils its body, but it was discovered that the reason why it has a middle point with a single spike is so it can curl around a target and stab it directly, while the other two points are to keep it in place. Actual ice from Cresnewdan (rather than the processed one) is around -50°C. Most victims die from frostbite first.
