Outclaw

Present in the Sahara of Oltenia, Outclaw is a Pokémon that digs holes into the ground using its claw shaped head. It then burrows inside and waits for prey to accidentally walk nearby. It uses its sharp tail to pierce its prey and eat them like a kebab. Its mouth is underneath its head and it's almost unnoticeable from a first glance. This is so that it could optimally dig with its head.
