Roguloar

A solitary and hyper-aggressive predator. The iron tusks slicing through its jaw cause constant, agonizing pain, keeping this Pokémon in a state of perpetual, blinding rage. Roguloar actively hunts near human settlements, destroying fences and massacring livestock purely out of malice. If a Roguloar claims a territory, humans are advised to evacuate immediately. It will not stop charging until it hears bones snap.
