Roostomatic

Once the egg of an extinct species of rooster, Roostomatic was given a robotic body that transferred its consciousness into the robot. It was then given the ability to reproduce asexually, giving birth to a new species that unknowingly carries the legacy of what it once was. The scientist who designed this body, Dr. Larice, gave it the ability to track down and hunt Lamperror living in urban areas. The only issue was that his design did not account for the fact that the pokemon was never incentivised to hunt for Lamperror, meaning that often it ended up not doing its job, or doing it with significant annoyances. In its free time, it shows its prideful nature continuously by playing sports excessively without much effort. They're notorious for participating in football, marathons and basketball tournaments and winning them with ease. One report states that a Roostomatic signed up for a chess tournament, and ended up having a soap opera styled dialogue with the opponent about fluoride, and how it poisons the tap water people drink. And for some odd reason, it denies evolution altogether. This freak of nature is a performative jock that can't even do its job effectively. It just plays sports.
