Traipodus

During Trajan's campaign in Ancient Dakias, he needed a way of crossing the Danube with his legions. Apollodorus came and created the Appoduct line. While its pre-evolution behaves as a proof of concept, Traipodus has the unique ability of chaining to other Traipodus, creating a sturdy and temporary bridge fit for a burst invasion rather than a prolonged campaign. Once the legions crossed the Danube, the Traipodus were lent to Roman colonizers in Western Dakias, with the scope of establishing a new Roman-exclusive species that could reproduce and re-establish the bridge if needed. Once Dakias was conquered, Traipodus was no longer needed for a permanent bridge to be constructed.

In the modern day, Traipodus is a Pokémon the Dakias Pokémon League deploys in impoverished areas where it can help locals cross rivers along with their Pokémon. The only issue is that this Pokémon is a commitment, that's why Appoduct is a more popular Pokémon among individuals. Good thing the DPL funds Traipodus for those in need. There is even a bonding session to make Traipodus become a part of the community. It consists of giving it treats and hugs. Due to its importance in the Banat region, it was declared the Golden Viaduct among the Golden Sovereigns.
