Bouyar reaches this stage by replacing its plowing collar with a luxurious collar with a lock — a decision made entirely by its trainer. It's a Pokémon known for doing the bare minimum for whatever job, which is why people usually never evolve their Mulplows, as they tend to be more productive. Regardless, Bouyar served as a symbol of wealth for Boyars in Dakias, since it meant that you had enough money to literally turn a worker into a freeloader and still be well off. Their caps are replaced with sleek hats and their hair becomes naturally longer. The only activity they enjoy besides slacking is riding — but not any goods, just people riding it, for fun. It will be displeased if it's used to actually do tasks.
