The Wrestler Pokémon
The chief of the colony, Souschief rules its land with honour and maybe even indifference. The Souschief culture relies heavily on wrestling as a means to defend its species, but it also creates a clear hierarchy of who is strong and who isn't. The tournaments seem like a promising way of choosing the next in line, but it is anything but democratic considering that a Brawlik with bright ideas might never pursue leadership when it knows it's simply too weak. But this is just how they adapted to their environment — it's not the bright or the strong who survive, it's those who adapt, and wrestling is one clear-eyed way to see who can outmaneuver whom. Souschief takes a more pragmatic approach to actual fighting, using its staff as a way to zone out flying Pokémon and keep them away. They primarily consume bug Pokémon and the occasional bird that ends up killed during action. As for their relationship with humans, it's complicated — they aren't naturally hostile towards us, but a Souschief might try to use its standard on a human and become displeased when they can't wrestle properly or fairly.
