Atrolaur

The Deformed Pokémon

Dragon Electric

After consuming an excessive amount of Joltik, the pent up electricity within Bulkaur gathers enough radiation to create a parasite. Bulkaur grows a new head that takes control of its body and sucks all resources to its side. Atrolaur becomes dominant, and Bulkaur remains a yelping head with a small wing that it flaps helplessly. It cries constantly, alerting predators and prey of Atrolaur's presence. Its tail is used to locate other Atrolaur and group up.
